SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between BELSER INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING FIRM LLC, with offices at 105-08 Crossbay Blvd, Ozone Park, NY, 11417, USA, and Calle Mercado 457 between Isoso and Vallegrande, Edificio Mall 7 Calles, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant"), and the Client, whose identity is assumed by their acceptance of these terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

Scope of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is the provision of AI-powered reporting services by the Consultant to the Client for an agreed-upon fee. This scope may only be expanded or reduced with mutual written consent from both parties.

Consulting Principles

The Consultant will not claim commercial rights over the work within the scope of the service and will not use the products developed during and after the service for other projects.
The Consultant will act based on the information provided by the Client and will not be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
The Consultant will present their ideas and suggestions in writing. The Client is free to follow these recommendations and is fully responsible for the decisions made.
The Consultant commits to fulfilling their obligations to the best of their ability, offering a service that meets minimum quality standards. The Client has the right to raise a claim under the following conditions:

If the technical results or the information in the reports are incorrect.
If the reports contain offensive, racist, or negative language.

Neither party may transfer their rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties without mutual consent.

Financial Provisions

The total service fee will be determined by mutual agreement and will be charged according to the agreed period. Payments will be made via bank transfer, online payment, or any other legally recognized method.

Term

This Agreement becomes effective upon the Client's acceptance and will remain in effect until either party decides to terminate it as stipulated in this Agreement.

Termination

The contract becomes effective upon acceptance and will end according to terms agreed upon by both parties.
The Client may terminate the agreement formally in writing, stating reasons for consideration.
The parties may mutually agree to terminate the contract. In such cases, all outstanding debts will be paid to the Consultant.
If a law is passed that prevents the execution of this contract, it will be automatically terminated.
The Consultant may terminate the contract if it is discovered that the information provided by the Client contains illegitimate elements, such as illicit gains or controlled substances.

Intellectual Property

The Client will have all ownership rights over any work resulting from the services provided, including copyrights and patents. The Consultant will not claim any ownership rights over such work.

Confidentiality

The Consultant will keep all information related to this Agreement confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent from the Client, except where legally required.

Non-Compete Clause

The Consultant will not engage in any competitive business with the Client for a period of 2 years following the termination of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

Modifications: Any modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Severability: The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the rest of the Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdictions.
Notices: Any notice must be made in writing and delivered to the addresses provided by the parties at the time of signing.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements related to its subject matter.
